Paint mixer RM 5000 S – High-performance paint mixer

This paint mixer was specifically developed for larger batch sizes up to 30.8 litres. The mixing process functions on the principle of a vertical excenter arrangement with belt drive which moves a shaking capsule elliptically at an angle below 8° at a speed of 630 rpm. 

Specimens are loaded into the capsule through a swing door with left-hand hinge. A telescopic tray RM 5000S/02 can be supplied for large containers. The specimens are secured by means of clamping motor RM 5000S/01. A clamping device RM 5000/03 prevents any containers that have not been properly secured from falling out.

The operating panel is conveniently positioned above the test chamber.
