Paint and ink mixers, type series RM 5 *** for laboratory and production area are designed for mixing paints and varnishes for the automotive industry as well as inks for the printing industry. - Mixing devices in a variety of sizes are available for container capacities of between 0.25 and 30.08 litres. Further options include mixers with automatic workpiece clamping and manual workpiece clamping, which are available as a table-top or as a stand-alone device. One of the special features is the safety device for the workpiece clamping unit. This safety device prevents damage to containers that have not been properly fixed in place. The mixing times are pre-selected on digital or electronic timers, depending on the selected variant. The mixing times used in practice vary between 1.5 and 15 minutes. All paint mixers can be supplied in an EX version (air-driven) in compliance with ATEX directives.
In addition to basic machines, we also supply automatic devices with SPC technology. The customer can also incorporate paint mixers into various filling lines.
